Another person commented: "I come into contact with many flight attendants, they are very polite and attentive to passengers because those are the most basic skills in this job."
According to research, the girl appearing in the video is Hoang Hong Ngoc, working at Vietnam Airlines.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Hong Ngoc said the video was recorded by a female passenger on a flight from Hanoi to Da Nang not long ago.
"A few days after the flight, I was surprised to learn that the video was posted on social media by a passenger and received love from everyone," said the flight attendant.
To date, Hong Ngoc has been a flight attendant for 6 years. Although working in the aviation industry is busy with a dense travel schedule. However, the girl from Hanoi always feels lucky, because she gets to do the job of her dreams.
When she was in high school, seeing flight attendants confidently walking at the airport, she cherished the dream of wearing a neat and elegant uniform.
After graduating from high school, Hong Ngoc chose to major in accounting following her family's direction. After finishing 4 years of university, she realized that her passion was to fly in the sky, not to be stuck with dry numbers and papers.
"I spent half a year studying English. After receiving my TOEFL certificate, I heard that an airline was recruiting flight attendants. I boldly applied and beat hundreds of candidates to be among the 20 successful candidates," said the flight attendant.
The flight attendant selection process goes through 4 rounds. In which, female candidates must meet the standards with a minimum height of 1.65m and a weight according to BMI (Body Mass Index - calculated based on the ratio between weight and height squared) of no more than 19.
Upon receiving the email announcing her admission, Hong Ngoc had to undergo a thorough medical examination. In addition to a general examination, she had to undergo tests and a challenging vestibular test.

Outside of work, Hong Ngoc also enjoys taking photos in traditional ao dai (Photo: Character provided).
"My friends and I had to step into the vestibular rotating cage. The iron cage rotated continuously at a speed of 30 revolutions per minute for 180 seconds. When stepping down, if the candidate could not maintain balance, they would be eliminated," said Hong Ngoc.
To be able to work on flights, Hong Ngoc and the other candidates had to undergo 4 months of training in Ho Chi Minh City. They were taught skills in handling situations, serving passengers, communication, fire prevention and fighting, flight safety, as well as first aid and midwifery for passengers...
"Flight safety knowledge is the most difficult part of the training process. We have to handle many emergency situations accurately, just making a small mistake can affect the lives of passengers," said the flight attendant.
After completing the training course, Hong Ngoc officially became a flight attendant. After hundreds of flights, the young girl still remembers the feeling of excitement and nervousness when she first worked on a flight from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City.
Admitting that she is an introvert, Hong Ngoc was quite shy the first time she accompanied a passenger. However, after many years in the profession, she admitted: "This job has helped me become more open and extroverted every day."
Although the job of a flight attendant has a lot of pressure in terms of time and flight schedule, the beautiful girl finds joy thanks to the harmony and cheerfulness of her colleagues. The positive working environment helps Hong Ngoc to complete her tasks well even in emergency situations.
She still remembers that in 2023, when the flight from Vietnam to Germany had just taken off for 4 hours, a male passenger in his 60s, sitting in business class, started to faint. His wife panicked and asked for help from the flight attendants.
Seeing a passenger showing signs of a stroke, Hong Ngoc and her colleagues performed first aid, using an oxygen tank to support the patient's breathing.
Meanwhile, the crew made an announcement to find a doctor on board to assist.
"Luckily, there was a doctor on the flight that day. We worked together to save the passenger's life. The moment I received thanks from the male passenger's wife, I was so happy that I burst into tears of emotion," she recalled.

Hong Ngoc maintains a healthy diet, limits starch, and increases vegetables in meals (Photo: Character provided).
Talking about the secret to maintaining beauty with a busy flight schedule, the flight attendant said diet is the most important factor.
"I use cosmetics that are not too expensive, as long as they suit my skin. I focus more on building a scientific diet," she said.
Accordingly, Hong Ngoc maintains a healthy diet. Meals are high in fiber, vegetables, fruits, and limit starch intake. She maintains the habit of eating dinner between 5pm and 7pm.
With a slim, well-proportioned figure and a pretty face, many people have suggested that the flight attendant pursue a career in art or photo modeling. However, Hong Ngoc said she feels happy with her current job on each flight.
"I will stick with the career I have chosen for a long time and always strive to improve myself every day," the flight attendant shared.
