Also part of this series of events, a discussion on the topic: "Literature - Past and Present" will take place at 9:00 AM on October 3rd, with the participation of poet Nguyen Quang Thieu - President of the Vietnam Writers Association , poet Huu Viet, poet Tran Dang Khoa, poet Phan Thi Thanh Nhan, Associate Professor-Doctor-Literary critic Van Gia, and journalist Phan Dang.
On October 4th, a cultural exchange themed "Floral Symphony" will be held at 2 PM, featuring renowned musicians and singers who are passionate about social and community activities.
This is a continuation of the ongoing series of cultural and artistic activities organized by collector Thuy Anh over the years, aiming to spread the space and values of Vietnamese culture and people through exhibitions and discussions on fine arts, culture, and literature... which are both academic and intimate, warm, and thought-provoking.
Numerous artists, cultural and artistic researchers, and members of the public eagerly anticipate and actively participate in the exchange and enjoyment of the performances.
“Despite the many difficulties in life, we can see that an optimistic spirit is always the essence of Vietnamese culture. The most beautiful thing we all see is that in times of hardship, the love and support of the community to overcome challenges together always endures. Through this event, we want to clearly affirm the beauty of Vietnamese culture, which is community spirit and humanism,” said Ms. Thuy Anh.
Participating in the discussion, musician Nguyen Vinh Tien expressed his delight that Hanoi still has such cultural activities.
“I paint, I love flowers, especially wildflowers. My musical compositions also focus on wildflowers. Whatever the subject matter, art in general is all about beauty. Coming to this exhibition, I feel that the works of the painters have a lot of space, many suggestions for music, poetry, and other art forms,” the musician expressed.
The art exhibition "Autumn Roses of Thang Long" will run until October 5th at the ancient villa at 34 Chau Long, Hanoi.
