The lowest temperature during this cold air mass in the North and North Central regions is generally 9-12 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North 6-9 degrees Celsius, in the high mountainous areas below 5 degrees Celsius; in the area from Quang Binh to Hue it is generally 14-17 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi area is cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 9-12 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of the cold air, the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh will have rain, showers, and locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. High mountainous areas are likely to experience cold, frost and frost; thunderstorms may have tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Experts warn that thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind can affect agricultural production, cause trees to fall, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure.

Localized heavy rains are likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.

Severe cold, frost, ice and frost can affect crops and livestock.

At sea, in the Gulf of Tonkin, strong northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough sea, waves 1.5-2m high.

In the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa sea area), strong northeast wind level 7, gust level 9, rough sea, waves 4-6 m high.

In the central East Sea, the Northeast wind is strong at level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, and the sea is rough; in the sea from Quang Tri to Ca Mau and the western sea of ​​the southern East Sea (including the western sea of ​​Truong Sa), the Northeast wind gradually increases to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; the sea is rough; waves are 4-6m high.

Strong winds and large waves at sea are likely to affect boat operations and other activities.
