This morning, January 18, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to sign a commitment on the responsibilities of Party committees and heads of agencies and units with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee in 2024. Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Duc Lap attended the conference.

In 2023, the subordinate Party Committees and Military Party Committees of 10 districts, towns and cities selected 58 tasks to sign a commitment of responsibility with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee. With high determination, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units focused on leadership and direction to strive and basically completed the committed goals and targets.

Proactively advise local Party committees and authorities to comprehensively lead military and defense work, organize training, exercises, and drills to achieve good quality and absolute safety, especially in defense area drills, civil defense of the province and 4 districts and cities.

Maintain strict combat readiness, proactively grasp and forecast the situation, promptly detect and effectively handle situations according to Decree 03/2019/ND-CP of the Government . Organize and participate in competitions and sports events at all levels with high results. The work of building discipline and managing discipline has many positive changes, the number of cadres and party members violating discipline has decreased significantly compared to 2022.

Perform well the tasks of party work, political work, many contents are excellently completed. Ensure good logistics, technical, financial work for regular and unexpected tasks of the agency, unit.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Ba Duan requested Party committees at all levels, party organizations, collective leaders and heads of agencies and units to focus on effectively implementing the contents of the commitment signed with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee in 2024.

Party committees, party officials, and heads of agencies and units must do a good job of disseminating and developing plans and key work programs, closely following the committed tasks to determine the time and roadmap for completion, and assigning specific responsibilities to Party committee members in the leadership of agencies and units under their authority.

Promote the leadership role of Party committees at all levels, the management of commanders, the vanguard role of mass organizations, and the democratic spirit of the military collective in implementing the committed contents, contributing to the effective implementation of the Party, State, and military's guidelines and policies; and completing the set political tasks.

After making the commitment, the Party Committee assigns specific responsibilities to each Party Committee member, cadre, and Party member in the unit to successfully implement the committed contents. At the end of the year, evaluate the implementation results in conjunction with reviewing the Party Committee, agency, unit, and leader. Use the results of the commitment implementation to consider, evaluate, classify, and reward the collective and individuals.
