25th Session of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has just held its 25th session to discuss and give opinions on a number of important issues. Comrade Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the session.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the results of: inspecting the Party's finances for the Standing Committee of the Yen Mo District Party Committee; inspecting the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the Yen Mo District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Yen Mo District Party Committee; inspecting the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee.

Review the results of supervision of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and a number of individuals involved in the development and implementation of the Party Committee's Working Regulations; leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of a number of tasks: Advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in performing the state management function in the field of natural resources and minerals; publicizing assets and income; performing the obligation to declare assets and income for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that in addition to advantages, the inspected and supervised party organizations and individuals also had shortcomings and limitations. Specifically:

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Yen Mo District Party Committee still have some shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction, organization, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party and in Party financial work.

The Standing Committee of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee still have some shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction, organization, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party.

The Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and a number of related individuals have some shortcomings and limitations in developing the Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Department, term 2020-2025; in leading and directing the work of inspection, supervision and specialized inspection; in the work of State management of natural resources and minerals; the leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment also have some shortcomings and limitations in declaring assets and personal income in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requires the inspected and supervised party organizations and party members to continue to promote their strengths, promptly lead and direct serious reviews, draw profound lessons, overcome shortcomings and limitations that have been pointed out, and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission according to regulations.

Also at this Session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee discussed and agreed on the Notice of assignment of tasks to members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term XXII, 2020-2025.
