The tournament, jointly organized by the Vietnam Motor Sports Association, the Thanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and OTV Media Joint Stock Company, brought together more than 30 athletes selected from the two qualifying rounds in the North and South, along with drivers granted special entry due to outstanding achievements.

This is also the largest Gymkhana ever held in Vietnam, with the participation of more than 10 motorsport clubs from across the country, including many members who have competed and achieved success in regional and international races.

The PVOIL VGC 2025 is divided into two categories: Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) and Rear-Wheel Drive - All-Wheel Drive (RWD-AWD). While the Front-Wheel Drive category features mostly strong contenders from Southern clubs, the Rear-Wheel Drive - All-Wheel Drive category sees drivers from the North being highly regarded.

The professional organization, with separate race tracks for each category, increasing difficulty levels, and a two-round competition mechanism in the final round, will create opportunities for racers to excel.

In the Southern regional qualifiers, Truong Vinh Phuc , a first-time participant, impressively won the Bridge category championship, while Hoang Quan triumphed in the Northern regional qualifiers.

Both use electric bikes and are expected to be formidable rivals to Pham Hoang Duc, the reigning national champion of 2024.

In the Rear Bridge - Two Bridges category, the two qualifying champions, Truong Nam Thanh and Khuc Cao The, made a strong impression, contributing to raising the level of professionalism and drama of the competition.

More than just a competition venue, PVOIL VGC 2025 is also a speed festival for the car enthusiast community. Spectators will be able to watch live from the grandstand with optimal viewing angles, and will also receive commentary and updates on the events happening on the scene to better understand the rules of the game and the techniques of the drivers.

The tournament was also livestreamed on Thanh Hoa's media channels and Otofun, making it easy for fans nationwide to follow.

The event atmosphere will be further enlivened by new car test drives, a professional drift show, and a series of games, interactions, and car displays to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the OTOFUN Thanh Hoa Community, one of the largest and strongest automotive groups in the country with over 100,000 members.

This is not just a playground for speed, but also an opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts, spread traffic culture, and create a foundation for many community activities and top-tier sporting events in the future.

Besides the thrilling speed competitions, the race also offered meaningful humanitarian activities, demonstrating the social responsibility of the organizers. OTV Media Joint Stock Company and the OF for the Community Fund, in coordination with Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation, donated 100 million VND to the local community to support disadvantaged families, especially those whose loved ones have unfortunately been involved in traffic accidents.
