The "Nghe An Happiness - Happy Nghe An 2025" contest is an initiative with strong community influence, chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An, in coordination with the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism). With an open spirit, the contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over, regardless of professional or non-professional, living in the country or abroad.

The contest encourages authors to record and send in authentic, vivid images reflecting the beauty of Nghe An – from majestic nature, poetic landscapes to rich cultural life, affectionate, studious, hard-working, creative people. It could be a country market, a folk festival, a corner of Vinh city at sunset, or the gentle smile of a Nghe An mother…

In addition, works are also encouraged to reflect the achievements of socio-economic development, the process of innovation and international integration of the province, thereby showing a Nghe An that is changing strongly and vibrantly but still preserving and promoting its traditional cultural identity.

The organizers encourage works that apply modern technology, are creative in their expression, and create good communication effects on social media platforms and mass media. This is an opportunity for young people, especially digital content creators, to use their visual storytelling skills to express their perspective on a Nghe An that is changing every day.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An shared: "Through photos and short video clips, each citizen can become an inspirational ambassador, contributing to introducing a dynamic, modern Nghe An but still imbued with its identity, an Nghe An where everyone can live, study, work and contribute in a safe, friendly and happy environment."

After the Competition, the Organizing Committee will select the best works to award prizes and about 100 works that make it to the Final Round will be selected to display in an exhibition to serve the communication work on human rights at home and abroad in the coming time.

Time to compose and receive entries

Creation time: The work was created from January 1, 2023 to October 1, 2025.

Time to receive works: from July 15, 2025 to October 1, 2025.
