On the afternoon of June 7, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son district Le Trong Thu and the working delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts to officers, engineers and workers at the construction site of the 500kV line 3 circuit project passing through the district.

Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son district Le Trong Thu presented gifts to officers, engineers and workers constructing the 500kV circuit 3 line at column number 169 in Dong Ninh commune.

The delegation visited the site to visit and give gifts to officers, engineers and workers constructing the 500kV line circuit 3 at column 172 in Dong Hoang commune and columns 167 and 169 in Dong Ninh commune; and inspected the volunteer youth teams of the Dong Hoang Commune Youth Union.

At the places visited, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son District Le Trong Thu and members of the delegation praised the efforts and overcoming of difficulties of cadres, engineers and workers at the construction site; at the same time, encouraged workers to continue to make efforts and strive to complete the project on schedule, ensuring quality requirements.

Currently, officers, engineers and workers are constructing the 500kV line 3 in Dong Hoang and Dong Ninh communes in unusual weather conditions. Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Son District, Le Trong Thu, requested relevant units and contractors to closely coordinate with each other in performing assigned tasks, especially in removing difficulties and obstacles during the construction process, striving to put the 500kV line 3 into operation before June 30, 2024 in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister .

The 500kV line project, circuit 3, from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) has a total length of about 519km, passing through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces including: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh , Hai Duong, Hung Yen. The section passing through Thanh Hoa has a total length of 74.4km, passing through 59 communes and towns of 11 districts and towns, including Nghi Son town and the following districts: Nong Cong, Trieu Son, Dong Son, Thieu Hoa, Ha Trung, Hau Loc, Hoang Hoa, Yen Dinh, Nhu Thanh, Nga Son.
