Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect tourism projects in Vinh Hai commune

Inspecting the Grape Spa Resort - Grape Farm - Grape Winery project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee listened to the investor report on the project implementation status. Accordingly, the project has an area of ​​38.9 hectares, total investment capital of 250 billion VND, was granted an investment registration certificate by the Provincial People's Committee on May 13, 2009 and the first adjustment on December 31, 2013. The investor committed that by April 30, 2025, the project will open the 144-room Bungalow subdivision.

Speaking at the inspection site, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to continue supporting investors to remove difficulties so that the project can be completed as committed. In particular, paying attention to supporting and speeding up the completion of legal procedures for leasing water surface to implement tourism activities.

Next, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with the investor and related units to listen to reports on the projects: Nam Nui Chua Eco-tourism Area; Vinh Hy Luxury Resort; Bai Coc Inner - Bai Coc Outer Tourist Area.

Speaking at the workplace, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the investors of the projects need to show their determination to implement the projects and closely follow the departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties related to legal procedures. At the same time, he requested the Management Board of Nui Chua National Park to accompany and coordinate with the investors to remove difficulties and promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee any difficulties that arise to direct the departments and branches to coordinate to remove them to speed up the progress.
