Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect tourism projects in Vinh Hai commune

During an inspection of the Grape Spa Resort – Grape Farm – Grape Winery project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee listened to the investor's report on the project's implementation. According to the report, the project covers an area of ​​38.9 hectares, with a total investment of 250 billion VND. The Provincial People's Committee granted the investment registration certificate on May 13, 2009, and issued the first amendment on December 31, 2013. The investor committed to opening the Bungalow section with 144 rooms by April 30, 2025.

Speaking at the inspection site, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments, agencies, and localities continue to support the investor in overcoming difficulties so that the project can be completed as committed. In particular, attention should be paid to supporting the acceleration of the completion of legal procedures for leasing water surface areas to implement tourism activities.

Next, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with the investor and relevant units to hear reports on the projects: Nam Nui Chua Eco-tourism Area; Vinh Hy High-class Resort; and Bai Coc Trong - Bai Coc Ngoai Tourist Area.

Speaking at the workplace, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the investors of the projects demonstrate their determination to implement the projects and closely coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to resolve difficulties related to legal procedures. At the same time, he requested the Management Board of Nui Chua National Park to cooperate with the investors to resolve difficulties and report any arising problems to the Provincial People's Committee promptly so that relevant departments can coordinate to resolve them and accelerate progress.
