At exactly 6:30 a.m. this morning (July 25), in observance of the national funeral ceremony for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and the Monument to Uncle Ho, in coordination with the Mobile Police Department of the Provincial Police, the Honor Guard Team and Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City, organized the lowering of flags to half-mast at Ho Chi Minh Square.
