Flag-lowering ceremony for the State funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in Nghe An

At exactly 6:30 a.m. this morning (July 25), in observance of the national funeral ceremony for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and the Monument to Uncle Ho, in coordination with the Mobile Police Department of the Provincial Police, the Honor Guard Team and Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City, organized the lowering of flags to half-mast at Ho Chi Minh Square.

The flag was lowered to half-mast for the national mourning period for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City.
The flag-lowering ceremony took place at 6:30 this morning.
The national flag is adorned with a black mourning band.
Flags will be flown at half-mast during the two days of national mourning for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong (July 25-26).
