At exactly 6:30 a.m. this morning (July 25), to perform the state funeral ceremony for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho's Statue, in coordination with the Provincial Police Mobile Police Department, the Honor Guard and Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City, organized a flag-lowering ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Square.
