This season, Border Guard is showing "destructive" form with 8 consecutive wins. They showed superior strength, dominating from the group stage to the recent semi-final match against LPBank Ninh Binh.

They have also won two domestic titles, the Hoa Lu Cup and the Hung Vuong Cup. Coach Tran Dinh Tien's team will aim to win the domestic treble if they win the final of the National Volleyball Championship on the evening of October 15.
