Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to: the Party Committee, the leadership of the Vietnam News Agency, the units under the Vietnam News Agency, agencies, units, organizations, and businesses at the central and local levels, neighbors, friends near and far, relatives on both sides of the family, and close friends who came to offer condolences, pay respects, and bid farewell to our husband, father, and grandfather:

Former Deputy Director General of VNA,
Former Chairman of the Vietnam News Agency Journalists' Association

Hometown: Phu Dong commune, Hanoi ; residing at 23 Alley 121, Le Thanh Nghi Street, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi; due to old age and frail health, passed away at 8:00 AM on September 29, 2025 (corresponding to the 8th day of the 8th lunar month of the Year of the Snake), at the age of 81. The funeral will be held at the National Funeral Home, 5 Tran Thanh Tong Street, Hanoi; cremation will take place at Hoan Vu Crematorium, Hanoi. Burial will be at the family cemetery in Phu Dong commune, Hanoi.

In this time of grief and confusion, if there are any oversights, the family asks for your understanding.
