Mr. Lam assigned the Department of Transport to coordinate closely with relevant agencies, study in depth each recommendation and comments from speakers and businesses. In addition, there will be an assessment of the expected impact and specific effectiveness of the policy.

In particular, it is necessary to clearly define the legal mechanism, subjects needing support, support level, and implementation time of support policies in a reasonable manner.

"In that spirit, agencies, units and localities need to urgently focus on implementation, ensuring legal procedures before submitting to the Provincial People's Council for consideration at the end of 2024," Mr. Lam emphasized.
