The highest salary for civil servants in vocational education is 14.4 million VND.

Circular 07/2023/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates codes, standards for professional titles; salary classification, promotion of professional titles of civil servants specializing in vocational education . This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2023.

Teaching staff in vocational training institutions will be ranked according to job title codes and standards from October 15. (Source: TNO)

Accordingly, civil servants whose salaries are classified into professional titles of civil servants specializing in vocational education specified in Circular 07/2023/TT-BLDTBXH shall apply the corresponding salary table issued with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, specifically as follows:

- Senior vocational education lecturer - Code: V.09.02.01, applies salary coefficient of type A3 group 1 civil servant (A3.1) from salary coefficient 6.20 to salary coefficient 8.00.

- Main vocational education lecturer - Code: V.09.02.02, applies salary coefficient of civil servant type A2 group 1 (A2.1) from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78.

- Theoretical vocational education lecturer - Code: V.09.02.03, salary coefficient of type A1 civil servant from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98 is applied.

- Practical vocational education lecturer - Code: V.09.02.04, applies salary coefficient of type A0 civil servant from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89.

- Senior vocational education teacher - Code: V.09.02.05, applies salary coefficient of civil servant type A3 group 2 (A3.2), from salary coefficient 5.75 to salary coefficient 7.55.

- Main vocational education teacher - Code: V.09.02.06, applies salary coefficient of civil servant type A2 group 1 (A2.1) from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78.

- Theoretical vocational education teacher - Code: V.09.02.07, applies salary coefficient of type A1 civil servant from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98.

- Practical vocational education teacher - Code: V.09.02.08, applies salary coefficient of type A0 civil servant from salary coefficient 2.10 to salary coefficient 4.89.

- Vocational education teacher - Code: V.09.02.09, applies salary coefficient of type B civil servant from salary coefficient 1.86 to salary coefficient 4.06.

With the current basic salary of 1,800,000 VND, the highest salary for civil servants in the vocational education sector (coefficient 8.00) is 14,400,000 VND.
