Pamelia has a 7-year-old son. She is a model and has an account on OnlyFans - a social network where users pay to follow their favorite personalities or brands.

Pamelia’s breasts began to grow larger in January 2022. In March 2022, she went to the doctor because of back, neck and shoulder pain. This was due to her large breasts putting pressure on multiple locations along her spine.

Not only that, the bra she used to wear no longer fit. In just one year, she had gone up four bra sizes.

After examination, doctors diagnosed her with gigantomastia. This is a rare condition that causes excessive growth of breast tissue in women. Therefore, this disease is also known as breast hypertrophy. To date, the world's medical literature has only recorded about 110 cases.

The condition is benign and not cancerous. However, it can cause weakness, back, neck, shoulder pain and other symptoms. For Pamelia, her breasts were constantly growing and causing her physical and emotional discomfort.

The woman was worried about her condition. She felt that her appearance was unusual so she was afraid to go out and tended to live a closed life.

“My large breasts were uncomfortable and made me wish they were back to their original size,” Pamelia shared.

Gigantomastia can be caused by a number of factors, including hormonal changes, medication side effects, and autoimmune diseases. Pamelia has polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that can cause hormonal changes in the body. She is being tested to see if polycystic ovary syndrome is the cause of her large breasts.

She is also trying to find treatment and wants to have breast reduction surgery in 2023. After that, she will give birth to her second child.
