Pamelia has a 7-year-old son. She is a model and has an account on OnlyFans – a social network where users pay to follow their favorite personalities or brands.

Pamelia's breasts began to grow larger in January 2022. In March 2022, she had to see a doctor because of back, neck, and shoulder pain. This condition occurred because her large breasts were putting pressure on several points along her spine.

Not only that, the bra she usually wears no longer fits. In just the past year, she's gone up four sizes.

After examination, doctors diagnosed her with gigantomastia, a rare condition that causes excessive growth of breast tissue in women. Therefore, this condition is also known as breast hypertrophy. To date, only about 110 cases have been recorded in world medical literature.

This condition is benign and not cancerous. However, it can cause physical weakness, back, neck, and shoulder pain, and other symptoms. For Pamelia, the excessive and persistent breast growth caused her both physical and mental discomfort.

The woman was worried about her condition. She felt that her appearance was unusual, so she was reluctant to go out and tended to live a secluded life.

"Having large breasts is uncomfortable and makes me wish they were back to their original size," Pamelia shared.

Many factors can cause gigantomastia, such as hormonal changes, side effects of medication, or autoimmune diseases. In Pamelia's case, she has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition that can alter hormone levels. She is currently being tested to see if PCOS is the cause of her enlarged breasts.

She is also actively seeking treatment and wants to have breast reduction surgery in 2023. After that, she plans to have her second child.
