On the evening of December 3, after U22 Thailand beat Timor Leste 6-1 in Group A of the men's football event at the 33rd SEA Games, the President of the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) - Ms. Nualphan Lamsam (Madam Pang) awarded the U22 Thailand team 500,000 baht (more than 413 million VND).

Madam Pang went down to the field to congratulate coach Thawatchai Damrong-Ongtrakul and his team, encouraging the players to aim high in the upcoming matches at the 33rd SEA Games. This is just the opening match of U22 Thailand. If they continue to win and advance further, the bonus from Madam Pang will not stop at 500,000 baht.

The 6-1 victory over Timor Leste was a satisfactory start for U22 Thailand at the regional sports festival on home ground this year. Coach Thawatchai said that he and his players will play well to give a gift to the home fans.

Previously, Madam Pang had made a noble gesture by establishing a charity organization called "Madam's Kitchen" to provide food, water and clothes to people affected by floods in the southern region of Thailand.

She also mobilized and dispatched many volunteers to support people in difficult circumstances.

Madam Pang was born in 1966, is an insurance billionaire and is currently the President of the Football Association of Thailand (FAT), and is also the President of Port Club, which is playing in Thai League 1.
