According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, a weak cold air mass is currently moving south from the North.

On the evening of March 28 and 29, the North and Central Central regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 15-30mm, some places over 50mm; thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Local heavy rain is likely to cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes and flooding in low-lying areas. The risk of natural disasters due to tornadoes, lightning and hail is at level 1.

Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius, some places below 19 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 28-31 degrees Celsius, some places above 31 degrees Celsius.

Northeast region: cloudy, rain in some places, early morning fog and scattered light fog; late afternoon and night rain, showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Southeast to South wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts. Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas below 20 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 26-29 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi capital is cloudy, with rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog, afternoon and evening less cloudy and sunny; in the evening and at night there are showers and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Southeast to South wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts. Lowest temperature 21-23 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 27-29 degrees Celsius.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien - Hue are cloudy, with rain in some places, early morning there is scattered fog and light fog, noon and afternoon the clouds decrease and the sky is sunny; in the late afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; light wind; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 22-25 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is 28-31 degrees Celsius in the North and 31-34 degrees Celsius in the South.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan , it is cloudy, sunny during the day, with scattered showers at night; in the North, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with some heavy rain. East to Southeast wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees Celsius.

The Central Highlands region is cloudy, sunny during the day, hot in some places; showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night; light wind; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 19-22 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is 31-34 degrees Celsius, some places are over 35 degrees Celsius.

The South is cloudy, hot during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night. East wind level 2-3; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 34-37 degrees Celsius, some places above 37 degrees Celsius./.
