(Dan Tri) - In January, 203 plots of land in Ly Nhan district ( Ha Nam province) will be auctioned, starting at 330,000 VND/m2.


The Ha Nam Province Property Auction Service Center has just announced the auction of land use rights for 74 plots of land in the Auction Area in Nguyen Ly Commune, Ly Nhan District. The auction is expected to take place on January 24 at the Commune People's Committee Hall.

The plots of land have an area of ​​114-186 m2/plot with starting prices from 480,000 VND to 600,000 VND/m2, equivalent to nearly 60.5-109.6 million VND/plot. The deposit is from more than 12 million VND to more than 21.9 million VND/plot.

On January 22, this unit also organized an auction of land use rights for 59 plots of land in the Auction Area in Tien Thang Commune, Ly Nhan District. The plots of land have an area of ​​125-197m2/plot with starting prices of 330,000-550,000 VND/m2, equivalent to 41-90.7 million VND. The deposit is from 8.3 million VND to more than 18 million VND/plot.

On January 23, the Ha Nam Province Property Auction Service Center will auction the land use rights for 70 plots of land in the Auction Area in Dao Ly Commune, Ly Nhan District. The plots have an area of ​​124-198m2/plot with starting prices of 576,000-720,000 VND/m2, equivalent to 71.6-127.6 million VND. The deposit is from 14.3 million VND to 28.5 million VND/plot.
