Buying 10% of shares, FPT Corporation becomes the first foreign investor of Daythree

This deal is expected to boost FPT Corporation's growth in the field of business process management (BPS), especially the AI-integrated BPS segment, and enhance service deployment capacity for large-scale enterprises in the Asia- Pacific region. FPT implemented this deal through its member company in Malaysia.

With a 10% stake,FPT Corporation is Daythree's first foreign investor. Established in 2016, Daythree currently has 2,000 employees who are technology experts, fluent in English, Chinese, Malay, Korean, Japanese and many other Asian languages and have extensive experience working with leading customers in many fields such as finance, telecommunications, utilities, etc.

The two parties expect that the combination of FPT's global network and service delivery capabilities and Daythree's deep expertise in business process management will bring comprehensive solutions for large-scale projects with customers across the Asia-Pacific region.

This cooperation also opens up opportunities to diversify products and services for customers, especially AI-integrated BPS services and system management services. FPT expects this deal to help improve the services provided to customers, thereby increasing the payment rate of large customers.

The two sides also signed a Teaming Agreement and will appoint a representative of FPT Corporation to Daythree's Board of Directors, in order to quickly promote and effectively exploit the cooperation potential between the two businesses.
