A male shipper in Vinh city was repeatedly kicked by a man in the middle of the street.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - A male delivery driver was unexpectedly punched repeatedly in the face and kicked in the body by another young man on the streets of Vinh, Nghe An province, causing a public outcry.


On the afternoon of February 18th, a video clip depicting a scuffle on Tran Phu Street in Vinh City (Nghe An province) quickly spread on social media, causing a public uproar.

According to the video and post, the incident occurred when a young delivery man was traveling on the road and was suddenly attacked by another person. This person repeatedly kicked and punched the delivery man.

The approximately 26-second clip shows a male delivery driver stopping his motorbike and saying, "I didn't insult you." Immediately afterward, a young man wearing a black jacket over a white t-shirt kicked the delivery driver.

Not stopping there, this person then grabbed the delivery driver's helmet and punched the victim in the face, while hurling insults.

A short while later, a woman accompanying the young man who had attacked intervened, causing him to stop.

Speaking to a reporter from Dan Tri newspaper , the leader of the Vinh City Police Department said that they are directing an investigation to clarify this incident that has caused a public uproar.

Also on February 18th, the leaders of Nguyen Van Cu Ward People's Committee (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) stated that they had received information about an incident where a man driving a car assaulted a Grab driver in the middle of the street, causing public outrage.

A 1-minute and 27-second clip has appeared on Facebook showing a man driving a car attacking a Grab motorbike driver right on the street.

Upon investigation, the incident occurred on Tran Van On Street, Quy Nhon City, on the evening of February 14th.

According to the video clip, at the time of the incident, Tran Van On street was quite narrow. Upon spotting the oncoming car, the Grab driver stopped and reversed to give way. However, the car continued to move closer, nearly causing the motorbike to fall onto the road.

Then, the Grab driver reversed his motorbike and tried to maneuver to the left in the direction of the red car, resulting in both vehicles getting stuck. At this point, the man driving the red car opened his door, got out, and attacked the Grab driver.

Witnessing the violent behavior of the car driver, many people nearby ran to intervene. However, the car driver showed no sign of stopping and continued to hurl insults.

The clip, after being posted, attracted thousands of views and comments. Many people believe the car driver was too aggressive and hope that the authorities will intervene and handle the incident.
