On the morning of October 21, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union organized a professional skills training course for cadres of 33 grassroots youth union units and launched the campaign "Civilized behavior in cyberspace". 200 students attended the training course.

At the beginning of the training session, delegates performed the launching ceremony of the campaign "Civilized behavior in cyberspace". Responding to the campaign, cadres, union members and young people need to strictly follow the criteria: "Compliance, health, safety, responsibility" , actively implementing the rules of civilized behavior on social networks and in daily life.
