Improving professional skills of union for grassroots cadres

At the training course, 200 trainees from 33 grassroots youth union units in Ha Tinh were equipped with key professional knowledge on youth union building, communication skills in digital transformation, and more.

On the morning of October 21st, the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union organized a training course on professional skills for officials from 33 grassroots youth union units and launched the campaign "Civilized Behavior in Cyberspace". 200 trainees attended the training course.

At the beginning of the training session, delegates performed the ceremony to launch the campaign "Civilized Conduct in Cyberspace". In response to the campaign, officials, union members, and young people are urged to adhere to the criteria of "Compliance, Healthiness, Safety, and Responsibility," and actively implement civilized conduct rules on social media and in daily life.

The training course was held over two days (October 21-22, 2023) using modern learning methods, focusing on the application of information technology and digital transformation, with content tailored to the requirements of youth union work and youth movements at the grassroots level.
