On the morning of October 21st, the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union organized a training course on professional skills for officials from 33 grassroots youth union units and launched the campaign "Civilized Behavior in Cyberspace". 200 trainees attended the training course.
At the beginning of the training session, delegates performed the ceremony to launch the campaign "Civilized Conduct in Cyberspace". In response to the campaign, officials, union members, and young people are urged to adhere to the criteria of "Compliance, Healthiness, Safety, and Responsibility," and actively implement civilized conduct rules on social media and in daily life.
