Held annually since 2006, ASIACCS brings together the world's leading experts in the field of information technology. According to Google Scholar Metrics in 2025, ACM ASIACCS is ranked A, among the top 10 prestigious and influential scientific conferences in the world in the field of information security and cryptography.
ACM ASIACCS 2025 is held in Vietnam, with the participation of 373 delegates who are international scientists from 34 countries, along with experts, scholars and business representatives from around the world. Holding this conference in Vietnam affirms Vietnam's increasingly prominent position in the international scientific community.
Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son said that the workshop aimed to improve scientific knowledge and share outstanding research achievements of the world's leading researchers in the field of cyber security, while opening up new cooperation opportunities in the scientific community.
The workshop is a practical activity to concretize the viewpoint of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on "ensuring network security, data security, and information security of organizations and individuals is a continuous and inseparable requirement in the process of developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Deputy Minister Hoang Minh Son highly appreciated the efforts of Hanoi University of Science and Technology in organizing the event, as well as the great contributions of the international research community through sharing high-quality scientific works.
The research presentations and expert discussions at this conference will enrich our knowledge base and make important contributions to enhancing understanding and research capacity on cyber security and cybersecurity in Vietnam and in the region.
The Ministry of Education and Training pledges to continue supporting scientific research activities and facilitating the organization of international scientific events in Vietnam; promoting and encouraging deeper cooperation between Vietnamese universities and foreign partners in training and research in the fields of high technology and emerging technology.

Sharing at the workshop, Prof. Vu Van Yem - Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology emphasized that the workshop was organized as an important opportunity to affirm the commitment to international integration, improve the quality of research and training, and at the same time make practical contributions to the common development of the global scientific community.
In the context of rapid global digital transformation, cybersecurity and privacy issues have become top priorities for countries, organizations and businesses. Threats from cyberattacks, data breaches and challenges in protecting digital infrastructure and privacy require in-depth scientific research and innovative approaches.
The presence of world-leading researchers at the conference will bring diverse and in-depth perspectives on the challenges and solutions in this field. The knowledge and experiences presented at the conference will have great significance for the development of knowledge in the field of cyber security.
After the review and approval process, the conference recorded 114 scientific publications, out of 558 submissions, with an acceptance rate of 20.4%. To promote the connection between Vietnamese experts and the international scientific community, the Organizing Committee has reserved 50 fully funded scholarships for scientists, researchers and graduate students from higher education institutions in Vietnam.
The ACM ASIACCS 2025 agenda includes the main conference session, along with 8 thematic workshops, focusing on in-depth topics on information security. ACM ASIACCS 2025 is a forum for discussion and sharing updated knowledge in the field of information security from reports by leading experts from the United States, China, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
