According to the decision of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, within 30 days from receiving the decision, NVK candidates must return their high school diplomas to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, according to the regulations on diploma management.

At the same time, Dan Phuong High School is responsible for notifying NVK candidates of this decision and adjusting information in the archived records of the High School Graduation Exam on June 26, 2025 at the school.

The Examination Management and Education Quality Assessment Department of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training is responsible for canceling the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, withdrawing and canceling the 2025 graduation certificates of NVK candidates; adjusting the information in the original records kept at the Department about the High School Graduation Exam session of June 26, 2025 and reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training according to regulations.
