Provincial Tax Department launches budget collection campaign in 2024

On January 2, the Provincial Tax Department and district and city tax branches launched the task of collecting the 2024 budget.

In 2023, the provincial Tax sector has successfully completed the state budget collection (domestic revenue) of 3,900 billion VND, reaching 120% of the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance , reaching 111% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, equal to 104.5% compared to the revenue in 2022.

In 2024, the provincial tax sector is assigned to collect VND 3,885 billion in budget revenue; to complete the highest revenue estimate, the tax sector has proactively developed specific programs and plans to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct and synchronously implement collection solutions. In particular, focusing on disseminating and popularizing legal policies on taxes, fees and charges to businesses and people to comply with the obligation to declare and pay taxes and fees arising in January 2024 and the first quarter of 2024 fully and promptly to the state budget.
