In the morning session, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, present a Report on the work of preventing and combating crime and law violations in 2025. The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy presented a Report on the work of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy in 2025. The Minister of Justice, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on the work of enforcing judgments in 2025.

Next, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice presented the Report on the examination of reports on the work of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court , the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; crime prevention and control, and law enforcement in 2025.

The Government Inspector General, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on anti-corruption work in 2025.

Next, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee presented the Verification Report on the adjustment to reduce the 2025 economic career expenditure estimate assigned to the Ministry of Construction for targeted supplementation to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in the road sector (2nd time).
