The first campus is Cuu Long University, Vinh Long on October 25, 2025.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of life, the constant cycle of studying and working, health and environment are two concepts that are often mentioned but not practiced enough. The program is an opportunity to help young people not only understand but also take action to take care of themselves and the green planet.

The attraction of the green - healthy - young festival

Cleverly combining theory and practice, SXSK has become a festival loved by young people when dry knowledge is "transformed" through game booths that are easy to play, easy to understand, and easy to receive gifts.

At the "Understanding Yourself for a Healthy Life" booth, you will have your body parameters such as blood pressure, BMI, muscle fat, blood sugar index, etc. checked by experts at California Fitness & Yoga. These are not just dry numbers, but a reminder for every young person to take care of themselves. In addition, experts at the booth also directly advise, helping students better understand their body condition and give personalized advice on diet, lifestyle and exercise.

Along with health care, the booth area "Exchange trash for gifts" and the booth "Green knowledge, garbage classification challenge" promise to be "gathering places" loved by students. The program encourages students to bring old batteries, plastic bottles, scrap paper, disposable plastic cups... to exchange for green gifts: recycled water bottles, cloth bags, green seeds, environmentally friendly learning tools.

Students enthusiastically participated in experiencing the activity booths.

Not only stopping at exchanging trash, students also directly participate in the trash classification game, both challenging their knowledge and increasing their understanding of environmental awareness. How to distinguish between recycled and organic trash? Are paper cups really "environmentally friendly" as we think? Simple questions help young people realize: living green is not difficult, just start with small things, understand correctly and do it for real.

Meet the experts, solve the problem of green living, healthy living:

Not only stopping at experiential activities, the program also brings a thematic talk show with the participation of leading Vietnamese nutrition experts such as Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor Le Bach Mai - Former Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, Master, Doctor Truong Nhat Khue Tuong - Lecturer at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, Master, Doctor Le Thi Ngoc Van - Former Head of the Department of Nutrition, People's Hospital 115,... Here, students can listen to the sharing about the 4-5-1 nutrition trend, how to balance between studying, working and taking care of health; at the same time, understand more about the close relationship between healthy eating - positive spirit - sustainable lifestyle. In addition, experts also tell familiar stories: why Gen Z easily skips meals, why lack of sleep affects mood, and how to eat healthy while still saving money?

Students get to meet green living and healthy living experts and play many games to receive attractive gifts.

At the talk show, a representative of Acecook Vietnam Company also brought a special sharing about the 3R green living philosophy - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. From reducing plastic packaging, recycling materials, to encouraging consumers to use more sustainable products, Acecook shows that corporate social responsibility lies not only in the products, but also in the way they accompany the younger generation to create green values for the future.

"Living green and living healthy with students" is not just an experiential event but aims to build green and healthy living habits in the student community. In the age of technology, peer pressure and social expectations take up most of young people's time, returning to basic values such as self-care and loving the environment becomes more valuable than ever. The program is also a gentle but meaningful reminder: health is the core, only when the mind is strong can we do great things and every small action today will create changes for tomorrow.
