The winner of the auction for the 133 million VND/m2 land lot in Hoai Duc has paid the full amount.

That was the sharing of the leader of the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center with Tien Phong reporter on the afternoon of October 21 about the auction of 19 land plots in Long Khuc area (Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district), held on August 19.

According to this leader, among the 13 customers who won the auction of 19 plots of land in Long Khuc area (Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district), 6 people won the auction of 11 plots and paid the full land use fee according to regulations.

Among the customers who have paid, including the person who won the auction for the plot of land with the highest price of 133 million VND/m2. In addition, the 2 customers who won the auction for the most plots of land have also paid according to the announcement of the Tax Department.

With the remaining 8 plots of land, the auction winners said they will fulfill their financial obligations as prescribed.

The Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center also said that according to plan, on November 4, Hoai Duc District will continue to organize an auction of 20 land plots in the Long Khuc area.

Previously, from 9:00 a.m. on August 19 to 4:30 a.m. on August 20, Hoai Duc district held an auction of 19 plots of land in Tien Yen commune. The plots of land ranged in area from 74-118 square meters with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/square meter. As a result, the plots of land won the auction with an average price of 80-90 million VND/square meter. There was even a plot of land that won the auction with a price of 133 million VND/square meter.

Immediately after that, public opinion was stirred up, believing that there was something unusual in the real estate price inflation. Therefore, Hanoi City Police and representatives of ministries and branches established an inspection team to clarify the matter.
