This was shared by the leader of the Land Development Center of Hoai Duc district with a reporter from Tien Phong newspaper on the afternoon of October 21st regarding the auction of 19 land plots in the Long Khuc area (Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district), held on August 19th.
According to this leader, among the 13 customers who won the auction for 19 plots of land in the Long Khuc area (Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district), 6 people who won the auction for 11 plots have paid the full land use fee as required.
Among the customers who have paid, this includes the winner of the land auction with the highest bid of 133 million VND/m2. In addition, the two customers who won the auction for the most land plots have also paid as notified by the Tax Department.
The land plot for auction is located in Long Khuc, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district.
Regarding the remaining eight plots of land, the winning bidders stated that they will fulfill their financial obligations as required.
The Hoai Duc District Land Development Center also announced that, according to the plan, on November 4th, Hoai Duc district will continue to hold an auction for 20 land plots in the Long Khuc area.
Previously, from 9:00 AM on August 19th to 4:30 AM on August 20th, Hoai Duc district held an auction for 19 land plots in Tien Yen commune. The plots ranged in size from 74-118m2 with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. As a result, the winning bids averaged between 80-90 million VND/m2. One plot even reached a price of 133 million VND/m2.
Immediately afterwards, public opinion was stirred up, suggesting irregularities in the inflation of real estate prices. Therefore, the Hanoi City Police, along with representatives from various ministries and agencies, formed an inspection team to investigate and clarify the matter.
