On the evening of November 28th, MC Viet Khue confirmed the information that journalist Ta Bich Loan retired at the age of 56, effective from December 1st.

According to MC Viet Khue, journalist Ta Bich Loan may still participate in VTV3 programs in roles such as scriptwriter, program format creator, and MC.

There is currently no information regarding the replacement for journalist Ta Bich Loan as head of the Entertainment Programs Production Department at VTV3.

Journalist Ta Bich Loan was born in 1968 in Ninh Binh . She successfully defended her doctoral thesis at Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia.

Having started working at VTV in 1996, journalist Ta Bich Loan impressed many generations of viewers through programs such as "Seven Colors of the Rainbow," "Road to Olympia," "Contemporary People," "Sunday at Home," "Startup," "Melodies of Pride," "60 Minutes Open," etc.

She was the one who created the script for the "Road to Olympia" competition, including the idea of ​​awarding the laurel wreath to the winner.

Speaking about the early days of hosting this program, journalist Ta Bich Loan shared: "That was when VTV3 was newly established, and the presenter had to write the script, direct, and host the program herself, so the level of professionalism wasn't very high. But it was very exciting and challenging, so I always had the joy of being inexperienced."

Before succeeding journalist Lai Van Sam and becoming Head of the Entertainment Programs Production Department at VTV3 from 2017 to the present, journalist Ta Bich Loan previously held the position of Head of the Youth Department at VTV6. She is also the Head of the Broadcasting and Television Department at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

In 2017, journalist Ta Bich Loan was selected by Forbes Vietnam magazine as one of the 50 most influential women in Vietnam.

According to Ta Bich Loan, the "benefits" of her involvement with television are the energy she receives from Vietnamese people, listening to their stories, and sharing them to amplify valuable lessons.

"As journalists, we are fortunate to have the role of a bridge, spreading the simple yet profound stories of Vietnamese people to other Vietnamese people. This is both our duty and our professional joy ," shared journalist Ta Bich Loan.

To her colleagues, journalist Ta Bich Loan is described as friendly and always brings positive energy and inspiration whenever they work together.

She also managed and mentored many famous editors and presenters of VTV such as Diep Chi, Duc Bao, Tran Ngoc, Hoang Linh, Khanh Vy, Cong To, Xuan Quynh, Tuyet Ngan…

Regarding her personal life, journalist Ta Bich Loan married her Vietnamese husband while she was a graduate student in Russia. They have a son, Khuat Hoang Minh, and a daughter, Khuat Ly Na. Khuat Ly Na was born in 1992 and currently works at VTV.
