On November 10, the White House announced that US President Joe Biden will hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping on November 15.
The talks took place on the sidelines of the 30th Asia- Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in the Francisco Bay Area. According to US officials, the agenda of the talks is expected to cover global issues such as the Hamas-Israel conflict, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Indo-Pacific region, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, as well as trade and economic fields.
In a related development, according to the website of the Chinese Foreign Ministry , on November 10, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced that, at the invitation of US President Joe Biden , Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit San Francisco (USA) from November 14 to 17.
The announcement stated that in the US, Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet with host country President Joe Biden and attend the 30th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation ( APEC ) Economic Leaders' Meeting.
