Reporting at the conference, Deputy Head of the Thanh Tri District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Pham Trung Hieu said: In the first 6 months of 2024, the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee has done a good job of advising the Party Committee to issue documents to implement the District Party Committee's work programs and projects, focusing on promoting the implementation of emulation movements "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; implementing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" contest at the grassroots and district levels; implementing the Law on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Grassroots Democracy Regulations...
In 2024, in the district, 146 groups and 18 individuals registered to build 261 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, of which 7 models were at the city level; 139 groups and 18 individuals registered to build 254 models at the district level. The results of the implementation in the first 6 months of the year showed that 185/261 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models were completed, reaching over 70%. The district is implementing 2 projects expected to have the sign "Project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital" of the Hanoi City Mass Mobilization sector.
Regarding the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" contest, 93 mass mobilization teams participated in the grassroots contest; 16 teams representing 16 communes and towns were selected to participate in the district-level contest. The contest truly created an active forum to exchange and learn practical experiences in mass mobilization work; improve capacity, encourage enthusiasm and creativity of cadres in the political system, especially cadres directly involved in mass mobilization work in terms of thinking, methods, skills and expertise in mass mobilization work. At the same time, it encouraged, motivated and expanded the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models in the district.
At the seminar, delegates representing the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations of the district, and the Mass Mobilization bloc of communes and towns participated in the discussion and proposed solutions on leadership, direction, and coordination between the government and the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, associated with the implementation of the Project to develop the district into a district in the coming time.
Speaking at the direction, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Dinh Van Khoa and Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Tri District Party Committee Nguyen Viet Phuong acknowledged and commended the results of the entire district's mass mobilization system achieved in the first 6 months of 2024. At the same time, they emphasized: The last 6 months of 2024 is an important time to focus on implementing the political tasks of the district and the city, especially accelerating the completion of the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress and preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on implementing the investment project to build Thanh Tri district into a district.
Therefore, the district's mass mobilization system needs to continue to effectively implement programs, projects, and plans to implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels on mass mobilization work. Coordinate propaganda and mobilize cadres, party members, union members, association members, and people of all walks of life to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; actively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, and the mass mobilization bloc from the district to the grassroots level proactively advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to synchronously implement solutions for socio -economic development, national defense and security in order to complete and exceed the socio-economic goals in 2024 and the entire 2020-2025 term.
Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, effectively perform the function of supervision and social criticism, improve the effectiveness of supervision of the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Charter; focus on promoting solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, implementing projects in the area; implement the criteria for building districts to meet advanced new rural standards, communes to become wards. Continue to promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in the district in all areas of social life.
Especially after the district-level "Skilled Mass Mobilization" contest, the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee directed units to replicate and promote good models and creative ways of doing things to improve the quality and effectiveness of the district's mass mobilization work in the coming time.
