Giving gifts to support Truong Sa Navy soldiers of Binh Thanh District Front.

On June 2, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh District (HCMC) said that over the past 5 years, the district's Fatherland Front system has mobilized nearly 6.5 billion VND for the fund "For the homeland's sea and islands - for the frontline of the Fatherland" and the program "For a green Truong Sa".

Thanks to the above fund, the District Front has coordinated many activities to care for and support officers, soldiers and people. Specifically, visiting and giving gifts to families and soldiers working on Truong Sa Island, DK1 rig, Thanh An border guard station, Can Gio district; supporting kitchens, bookshelves for officers and soldiers and scholarships for children of officers and soldiers of Ship KN290 - Fisheries Control Squadron 2 with difficult circumstances... totaling nearly 1.4 billion VND.

At the same time, launched a campaign to support the construction of a clinic on Nam Yet Island, with a total amount of 100 million VND.

Binh Thanh District Front coordinated to donate the Community Cultural Activity Point project to the Border Guard force.

In addition, the district always pays attention to the work of gratitude, maintains coordination and mobilizes to support Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, takes care of seriously wounded soldiers in difficult circumstances, repairs gratitude houses for families with meritorious services, mobilizes to repair memorial steles and merit steles in the district and many other caring activities to celebrate holidays.
