The conference on training and updating knowledge aims to help key officials of Nhu Xuan district equip themselves with knowledge and information, improve political awareness, ideology, ethics, and working capacity; build vision and strategic thinking, and improve leadership and management capacity.

On the morning of March 4, Nhu Xuan District Party Committee organized a conference to update knowledge for key officials in the district in the first quarter of 2024 with the theme "Results of Vietnam's foreign affairs activities in 2023; orientation of foreign affairs tasks until the end of the 13th National Party Congress term. The conference was held in person and online at 18 locations in the district with nearly 1,000 officials participating in the training.

At the conference, Dr. Dao Ngoc Bau, Deputy Director in charge of the Institute of International Relations, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, presented the content of the topic on Gender Equality and the topic "Results of Vietnam's foreign affairs activities in 2023; orientation of foreign affairs tasks until the end of the 13th National Party Congress term. The topic clearly stated that gender equality is the fact that men and women have equal positions and roles, are given conditions and opportunities to promote their capacity for the development of the community and family; the results of activities and achievements of Vietnam's foreign affairs; with the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee and government, the unanimous support and great efforts of all classes of people in Vietnam's foreign affairs activities in 2023.

The conference is a broad political activity, helping cadres, civil servants and public employees in Nhu Xuan district to review the results of implementing Vietnam's foreign policy. At the same time, it raises awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels to propose key directions and solutions for implementing foreign affairs and building and developing the diplomatic sector from now until the end of the 13th Congress term and the following years.
