TPO - Currently, land prices in Hanoi are being applied according to Decision 30/2019/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2019 of the Hanoi People's Committee. In particular, the area with the highest land price is Hang Ngang and Hang Dao streets with a price of 162 million VND/m2. Currently, the city is drafting to issue a new Land Price List.

Recently, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued Decision No. 79 amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2020 regulating the Land Price List in the area. Accordingly, the highest land price on Nguyen Hue, Le Loi, Dong Khoi streets (District 1) is up to 687.2 million VND/m2, an increase of more than 4 times compared to the old price list.

In Hanoi, the city is currently still applying the Land Price List according to Decision 30/2019/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2019, applicable from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024. In which, residential land prices are applied depending on each district, route, and location.

According to the Land Price List in Hanoi, the highest land price is in the area of Hang Dao and Hang Ngang streets (Hoan Kiem district) at 162 million VND/m2.

In Hoan Kiem district, many old streets have quite high land prices. For example, Hang Bo street has prices ranging from 29.3 million VND to 88 million VND/m2.

Hang Gai Street is one of the ancient, bustling commercial streets with land prices ranging from 37.8 million VND/m2 to 120 million VND/m2.

Residential land on Le Thai To Street (Hoan Kiem District) costs from 48.6 million VND to 162 million VND/m2.

Dinh Tien Hoang Street (Hoan Kiem Lake area) has land prices ranging from 37.8 million VND to 120 million VND/m2.

Ba Trieu Street, Hai Ba Trung District has land prices ranging from 23.1 million VND to 82 million VND/m2.

Buoi Street (Dong Da District) has land prices ranging from 14 million VND to 36 million VND/m2.

Phan Dinh Phung Street, land price ranges from 33.1 million VND to 102 million VND/m2.

The Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that the Department is currently coordinating with relevant agencies to draft and submit to the city a new Land Price List according to the 2024 Land Law. In particular, residential land prices will be adjusted in accordance with the market. The Hanoi People's Committee also confirmed that it has assigned a specialized agency to draft and submit to the city People's Committee to issue a new Land Price List.
