Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien will succeed Mr. Le Minh Tri, who was recently elected by the National Assembly to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court .
Currently, the Supreme People's Procuracy has four Deputy Chief Prosecutors: Ms. Nguyen Hai Tram and Messrs. Nguyen Duy Giang, Nguyen Quang Dung, and Ta Quang Khai (Chief Prosecutor of the Central Military Procuracy).
