(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province for the 2024-2029 term, was consulted to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 2025-2030 term.

On December 4, at the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Gia Lai province, term 2025-2030, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the 1st Provincial VFF Committee.

The congress elected 134 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province, term I, 2025-2030. The first conference elected a Standing Committee of 9 members.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province, continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, 2025-2030.

The Congress also consulted and elected a 26-member delegation to attend the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province, affirmed that the Congress is an important occasion to review the results of implementing the resolution for the 2024-2025 period, draw lessons and propose an action program to meet the development requirements of the province in the new era.

He asked delegates to promote their intelligence and responsibility, clearly identify opportunities and challenges, and thereby identify key tasks to promote all resources, create social consensus, and contribute to building a clean and strong Party, State and political system.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province to continue promoting the tradition and strength of great national unity; promote the strength of cultural identity; strongly arouse the will of self-reliance, self-strengthening, the spirit of innovation, creativity, and the desire to contribute; join hands and unite to build Gia Lai province to develop more and more.

Directing the congress, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy acknowledged and commended Gia Lai province for overcoming many difficulties and obstacles to effectively operate the two-level local government organization. The province's socio -economic situation continued to grow well, with many fields achieving high results.

“With the strategic vision of the Party Committee and the government, along with the trust, support and consensus of the people, Gia Lai will join the whole country in successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, bringing our country forward in the era of national growth,” Mr. Thuy expected.

The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Gia Lai province to continue promoting national solidarity, arousing and promoting cultural values; creating strong endogenous resources, associated with the aspiration to develop a rich and beautiful homeland.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong (46 years old), from Thieu Van commune, Thieu Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province (now Thieu Trung commune, Thanh Hoa province). Doctor of Law degree.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong has worked for the Youth Union for more than 20 years and has held many different positions. During his working process, no matter what position he held, he always completed the assigned tasks well and achieved many achievements.

In November 2024, he was mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat as Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee.

In June, he was appointed by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province for the 2024-2029 term.
