PC Thai Nguyen re-implements signing of electricity purchase contracts: Protecting customer rights and complying with the law

From July 1, 2025, Thai Nguyen Power Company (PC Thai Nguyen) officially changed its management model, terminated the operation of district-level power companies and established regional power management teams. To ensure compliance with the law, the Company will simultaneously re-sign electricity purchase contracts for all customers in July 2025.

According to information from PC Thai Nguyen , this management model conversion is an important step in the policy of streamlining the apparatus, improving operational efficiency according to the Government's direction, towards a "refined, compact, efficient, effective, and efficient" management model.

To ensure compliance with current legal regulations, PC Thai Nguyen has quickly deployed preparations for signing a new power purchase contract.
