From July 1st, 2025, Thai Nguyen Power Company (PC Thai Nguyen) will officially transform its management model, ceasing operations at the district level and establishing regional power management teams under its direct control. To ensure compliance with the law, the company will simultaneously renew electricity purchase and sale contracts for all customers in July 2025.

According to information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, this management model transformation is an important step in the government's policy of streamlining the organizational structure and improving operational efficiency, aiming for a management model that is "lean, efficient, effective, and effective".
