Launching emulation to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

On February 11th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations of Vinh Bao district (Hai Phong city) held a ceremony to launch patriotic emulation movements to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Quynh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Bao district, emphasized: With the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism, and patriotism requires emulation," in 2025, the emulation movement of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations in Vinh Bao district will implement several key contents such as: Organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for projects to celebrate the Party Congress; decorating roads; holding mass art and culture festivals; organizing general environmental sanitation...

Leaders of Vinh Bao district cut the ribbon to inaugurate the tree-lined road in Co Dang village, Tan Lien commune - a project celebrating the Party Congress at all levels.

Through these activities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations of Vinh Bao district hope that in the coming time, the locality will complete and achieve ahead of schedule the set emulation targets and achieve outstanding and practical results to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Immediately after the ceremony, delegates proceeded to plant trees along the green road in Co Dang village, Tan Lien commune - a project to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels.

Since the tree planting festival in Vinh Bao district, which took place on February 3rd, communes and towns in the district have planted 3,000 trees along 22 roads, spanning over 12km.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates proceeded to plant trees along the road in Tan Lien commune, Vinh Bao district.

According to the plan, activities and emulation movements will be implemented systematically and scientifically by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations of Vinh Bao district, focusing on the peak period of the 27th Vinh Bao District Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
