Disseminate the document introducing the Capital Law to Hanoi residents

Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi City Council for Legal Dissemination and Education has developed a document introducing the Capital Law to widely propagate and disseminate the Capital Law to all Hanoians.

Law on the Capital No. 39/2024/QH15 was passed by the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 7th session on June 28, 2024 (Law on the Capital). The Law on the Capital takes effect from January 1, 2025, of which 5 contents take effect from July 1, 2025.

This is an important law, regulating the position and role of the Capital; policies and responsibilities for construction, development, management and protection of the Capital; state management responsibilities of relevant ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and the Hanoi city government in the cause of construction and development of the Capital.

In order to implement Plan No. 254/KH-UBND dated August 22, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee on propaganda, dissemination and training of the Capital Law, the Department of Justice - the Standing Agency of the City's Law Dissemination and Education Coordination Council has coordinated with experts in developing the Capital Law, City agencies and units, members of the City's Law Dissemination and Education Coordination Council to develop a Document introducing the Capital Law.

This is a useful document to propagate and disseminate the Capital Law to agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, students, people of the Capital and people nationwide, contributing to raising awareness and sense of law compliance on the Capital Law.

The City's Council for Coordinating the Dissemination and Education of Law recommends that the City's departments, branches, sectors, units; People's Committees of districts, towns organize the introduction of the Capital Law Introduction Document through the loudspeaker system at the grassroots level and propaganda activities as well as dissemination in many appropriate forms to the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, students, people and businesses in the City.
