The program on innovative entrepreneurship communication and exhibition promoting regional specialty products produced and sold by women in Hanoi, organized by the Hanoi Women's Union and the Dong Da District Women's Union, took place from November 15th to 17th, 2024 at the B8 courtyard of the Kim Lien residential area, 43 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Kim Lien Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi, with the participation of female entrepreneurs and women starting businesses in the capital city.
The participating stalls showcased and promoted regional specialty products produced and sold by women in Hanoi.
Ms. Le Thi Thien Huong, Vice President of the Hanoi Women's Union, said that this is one of the practical and effective activities of the Hanoi Women's Union in implementing the Project to Support Hanoi Women's Entrepreneurship, with the goal of developing innovative entrepreneurship, and at the same time launching the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign to all members and women in Hanoi.
The program features the participation of artisans, female entrepreneurs, and women startups, showcasing thousands of traditional craft products, OCOP products, and specialties from Hanoi's women. The 50 booths participating in the program are expected to create opportunities for businesses, cooperatives, and production and trading establishments to introduce thousands of safe products, OCOP products, and traditional craft products to consumers in Hanoi and Dong Da district.
