Bac Ninh promotes supply-demand connection, bringing Vietnamese goods to rural and remote areas

According to Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 3901/UBND-KTTH to implement Official Dispatch No. 179/CD-TTg dated September 29, 2025 of the Prime Minister, focusing on promoting the role of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", associated with trade promotion programs and connecting supply and demand of goods in the province.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to closely coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to synchronously deploy communication programs and specific actions to promote the quality of domestically produced products, encourage people to consume Vietnamese goods on domestic and international e-commerce platforms.

At the same time, the province will organize many trade promotion activities, focused promotion programs, strengthen supply-demand connections, bring Vietnamese goods to rural, mountainous, remote and economically disadvantaged areas, helping people access quality goods at reasonable prices.

Bac Ninh also encourages units to cooperate with Vietnamese agricultural product trading floors to circulate and consume OCOP products and local specialties, and at the same time increase participation in displaying products at the 2025 Autumn Fair, one of the major trade events of the year.

In addition, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to advise on balancing the local budget, arranging funding for trade promotion activities, especially important events such as the 2025 Autumn Fair, Fruit Festival and Bac Ninh Agricultural Products and Goods Fair - Exhibition 2025. Price monitoring and management, especially for essential goods, will also be strengthened to ensure market stability and support businesses in consuming products.

In parallel, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh will focus on promoting tourism programs associated with cultural events, festivals and trade promotion, in order to create highlights to attract tourists and stimulate consumption of goods and services in the locality. The province aims to develop cultural and entertainment industries, both to serve the enjoyment needs of the people and to promote the commercialization of typical cultural products.

On the part of the State Bank of Vietnam, branch 12, credit institutions are directed to enhance digital transformation in the loan process, shorten the approval time, improve transparency and support businesses to access capital quickly. Flexible credit packages with preferential interest rates will be studied to encourage domestic production, business and consumption.

Commune, ward and town levels are also required to proactively implement trade promotion programs, support the consumption of local products, especially within the framework of the Fruit Festival and the Bac Ninh Agricultural Fair and Exhibition 2025. At the same time, the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Bac Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association are assigned to regularly grasp market demand, reflect on the difficulties of members, propose timely solutions, and help businesses feel secure in investing in production.

These synchronous actions demonstrate Bac Ninh province's determination to develop the domestic economy, promote consumption of Vietnamese goods, expand the rural market, support businesses and people to restore production, and contribute to maintaining stable and sustainable growth momentum in the final period of 2025.
