The regulations on office culture at agencies and units in Phu Tho province have just been signed and issued by Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu (effective from December 1).

The subjects of application are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers (hereinafter referred to as cadres) working at departments, branches, sectors, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, People's Committees of communes and wards in Phu Tho province.

Skirt length above the knee, not too high slit

When performing their duties, officials in Phu Tho must wear neat, polite clothes, appropriate to the nature of the work, the characteristics of the industry and the traditions and customs of the nation. Specifically, modest pants and shirts, skirts that are longer than the knee, not slit too high, do not wear dresses without collars; do not wear jeans or T-shirts without collars; wear shoes or sandals with straps.

Phu Tho encourages officials to wear suits, ties, traditional long dresses at work or office uniforms. For officials receiving citizens, working at the reception and return of results department under the one-stop mechanism, it is encouraged to have their own uniform model to ensure civility and politeness.

The agency directly managing and using cadres is responsible for issuing cards to cadres according to the unified form prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs .

“It is strictly forbidden to lend cards or use them for other purposes. Officials, civil servants, public employees and workers who are appointed, resign, dismissed or change ranks will be given new cards and return the old cards,” Phu Tho’s regulations clearly state.

When performing duties, Phu Tho requires cadres to be clearly aware of their responsibilities and duties, not to be picky about job positions, to choose easy jobs and abandon difficult ones.

In the performance of public duties, one must not cause difficulties, inconvenience, extort, take advantage of others, or prolong the processing time of work for agencies, organizations, and people. One must not be indifferent, apathetic, or irresponsible in the face of difficulties and frustrations of the people.

Do not create factions, causing internal disunity

Phu Tho province's regulations emphasize that one must not take advantage of one's position to appoint relatives; one must not prioritize family members or relatives in resolving issues.

Superiors must treat subordinates equally; must not be willful, imposing, or conservative, and must respect and listen to the opinions of subordinates.

In particular, cadres must not create factions or cause internal disunity; must build healthy, transparent, reasonable and emotional colleague relationships and must not falsely reflect the truth about colleagues in order to defame their honor or lose their reputation.

Officials in this locality are not allowed to use their working time at the office to handle personal matters, access social networking sites for entertainment, or serve personal purposes (except for work purposes). At the same time, they must comply with speech discipline, strictly comply with the Law on Cyber ​​Security as well as the code of conduct on social networks.

When organizing weddings, funerals, longevity celebrations, birthdays, and housewarmings, one must avoid ostentation, waste, and profiteering. Do not let one's parents, spouse, children, siblings, or siblings take advantage of one's name for personal gain.

“Comply with administrative hierarchy, obey the direction, management, and assignment of work from superiors; do not avoid or shirk duties; do not flatter or curry favor for impure motives,” the regulations of Phu Tho province clearly state.

Phu Tho province was established on the basis of merging 3 provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh , and came into operation on July 1. The province has a natural area of ​​nearly 9,400km2, a population of more than 4 million people, and 148 commune-level administrative units.
