Attending the fraternity ceremony were leaders from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Da Nang City Party Committee, along with leaders from both localities.
The twinning program is implemented in accordance with the policy of the Da Nang City Party Committee on strengthening linkages and support between localities within the city to leverage combined strengths, promote socio-economic development, and build a strong and comprehensive political system in the coming period.

At the ceremony, representatives from the commune leadership and businesses located in Huong Tra district donated 20 million VND to Tra Lien commune to distribute to students and families in extremely difficult circumstances.
