With its open, professional, and modern design, the new office is flexibly designed for multi-functional use: from daily business activities and team building to team-building and development activities. According to Mr. Hoang Tien Quan, Director of the Can Tho 3 General Agency Office, the office's mission is to improve the quality of Prudential 's customer service in Can Tho and surrounding areas by delivering correspondence and documents from Prudential to customers. It also facilitates other customer transactions quickly and conveniently, such as premium collection, requests for adjustments and changes to insurance contracts, customer care programs, and receiving customer feedback so the company can take timely action.
As of the end of 2024, Prudential Vietnam had a charter capital of VND 7,698 billion and conducted all life insurance business. The company currently operates with more than 250 offices and customer service centers nationwide and has established cooperative relationships with 7 banking partners.
With a high liquidity margin of 193% in 2024, Prudential Vietnam successfully fulfilled its insurance benefit payment commitments, ensuring financial security for its customers. Total claims and insurance payments in 2024 reached VND 14,304 billion, an increase of 8.6%. Thanks to the application of technology, 87% of insurance claim applications were submitted online (e-claim) through the official Zalo page and the PRUOnline customer portal.
During the opening ceremony, Prudential, in collaboration with the Can Tho City Red Cross Society, donated 20 bicycles to underprivileged students in the city.
