Training topics include: Organization, tactical training methods; process of organizing a UAV flight team; process of using explosives, firearms, equipment and practicing fake symbols in drills; camouflage and disguise work. The content of the team command focuses on the flag team; the team of each person with a gun; the team of units according to the new organization (infantry squads for gun inspection, gun racks, gun retrieval, gun placement; company team); training program and physical training standards for the subjects; unifying the organization and command work, ensuring safety in training, testing, competitions, and sports events at the base.

Some other key topics include: Promoting innovation, digital transformation to improve the overall quality and combat strength of Military Region 1's armed forces; the impact of alcohol and beer on soldiers' health and solutions to ensure traffic order and safety in 2026 and the following years; organization and training methods for tactical teams with the topic of infantry companies with strong firepower to attack defensive enemies; organization and training methods for shooting STV 380, SPL 40 lesson 2 during the day.

According to the plan, the preparation and training of the model team will be carried out from December 2 to December 21; the training will be organized for 5 days, from December 24 to 28. This year, the training content is comprehensively developed, closely following the requirements to improve the quality of training and combat readiness of the Military Region 1's armed forces.

Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of Military Region 1, inspected the barracks serving the training course at Battalion 3, Regiment 2, Division 3.

In addition, officers at all levels were trained on the topic "Methods of maintaining high-quality team command training", drawn from the implementation of tasks A50, A70, A80 to improve unity and regularity throughout the force.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of Military Region 1, requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to thoroughly grasp the training goals and requirements for 2026; closely following the motto "basic, practical, solid", associated with the requirements to improve the training quality, qualifications, and combat readiness capabilities of the Military Region 1's armed forces.

The Commander of Military Region 1 requested the organizing committee and relevant agencies to select key and central content, increase the application of technology, especially in UAV training, new generation shooting, digital transformation in management and command. The training process must ensure absolute safety for people and equipment; closely combine theory with practice, experience transfer with method innovation.
