These events are part of the annual festival series of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), which invites international artists, including those from Vietnam, to perform and showcase their country's cultural heritage through performances such as the folk dance "Trong Com" from the Northern Delta, Quan Ho folk singing "Moi Nuoc Moi Trau" and Chau Van singing "Co Doi Thuong Ngan"...
All expenses for the artists' delegation in India were covered by ICCR.

During the trip, the performing arts groups also participated in many meaningful side activities, including cultural exchanges with other international performing arts groups, visits to famous landmarks in India, and cordial meetings with local officials. These experiences not only helped broaden understanding of Indian culture but also strengthened the friendly relations between the two countries and their people.
The warm friendship, understanding, and close ties between the peoples of the two countries are key elements in the comprehensive strategic partnership between India and Vietnam. SVCC, the Embassy of India in Hanoi, together with ICCR – New Delhi, the Indian Ministry of Culture, and the Indian state governments, will continue to promote bilateral cultural exchanges and strengthen people-to-people ties towards a stronger comprehensive strategic partnership.
