"Inheriting the spirit of eliminating illiteracy of President Ho Chi Minh from 80 years ago, today's movement opens a new revolution of popularizing technology, forming digital citizens in the middle of the 21st century", the Steering Committee for Digital Literacy in Quang Binh emphasized.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, said: "Today's digital skills are the national language of the new era."

Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang affirmed that digital skills today are the national language of the new era. He emphasized that digital transformation cannot be successful without changing the behavior, habits and digital thinking of each citizen.

The goal is that by 2025, at least 80% of civil servants, 100% of students and 80% of adults will be proficient in essential digital skills.

At the ceremony, representatives of Quang Binh youth pledged that each member would be a "digital warrior" to support people in accessing technology applications and online public services, gradually narrowing the digital gap between social groups.

The event also expanded the perspective on artificial intelligence as a new universal tool, making AI a companion in education and community development.
