On the morning of May 9, in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province officially launched the movement "Digital Education for All", a campaign to spread digital knowledge and skills to all people.

This is an important initiative to spread digital knowledge and popularize digital skills to all classes of people, aiming at the goal of developing comprehensive digital citizens in the area.

"Inheriting the spirit of eliminating illiteracy of President Ho Chi Minh from 80 years ago, today's movement opens a new revolution of popularizing technology, forming digital citizens in the middle of the 21st century," emphasized the Steering Committee for Digital Literacy in Quang Binh.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, said: "Today's digital skills are the national language of the new era."

Provincial Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang affirmed that digital skills today are the national language of the new era. He emphasized that digital transformation cannot be successful without changing the behavior, habits and digital thinking of each citizen.

The goal is that by 2025, at least 80% of civil servants, 100% of students and 80% of adults will be proficient in essential digital skills.

At the ceremony, representatives of Quang Binh youth pledged that each member would be a "digital warrior" to support people in accessing technology applications and online public services, gradually narrowing the digital gap between social groups.
