Quang Binh continues to effectively carry out Party building and rectification work.

Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang attended and delivered the concluding remarks at the conference.

Also attending were the Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee and key leaders of the province.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's five-year summary report on Party building work clearly states that, over the past five years, amidst a mix of opportunities, advantages, difficulties, and challenges, Party building work has been given special attention by the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and Party committees and organizations at all levels in Quang Binh province. They have consistently led and directed its implementation with high political determination, great effort, decisive action, and achieved many important results.

Party building in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics has been emphasized. The organizational structure has been gradually streamlined to ensure efficient and effective operation. Personnel reduction is linked to restructuring the workforce of cadres, civil servants, and public employees to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned political tasks.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee has piloted several new models, which have initially shown effectiveness and created a ripple effect; these have been highly appreciated by the Central Organizing Committee.

Party grassroots organizations continue to be built and strengthened; the quality of branch and committee meetings is gradually improved; and Party development work is focused on both quantity and quality.

Personnel work is being strongly reformed, ensuring democracy, objectivity, openness, transparency, and adherence to regulations, while simultaneously controlling power within the personnel system.

Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work have been strengthened, and their quality and effectiveness have been continuously improved.

The fight against corruption and negative practices has been intensified. The Party's leadership methods have been increasingly reformed. Party committees at all levels have focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of the three key tasks and three breakthroughs…

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified outstanding achievements, lessons learned, and best practices; they also pointed out obstacles and shortcomings, and on that basis proposed solutions to overcome and rectify them.

Concluding the conference, Quang Binh Provincial Party Secretary Vu Dai Thang emphasized the role of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in contributing to building a cleaner and stronger provincial Party organization, and enhancing the role of Party committees and organizations to meet the demands of their tasks.

To truly enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels, and to ensure the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, the Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee outlined six key tasks that need to be implemented in the coming period.

That is, to continue effectively carrying out the work of Party building and rectification; implementing the Party Charter and the Central Committee's guiding documents on its implementation; promoting democracy, raising awareness of responsibility, setting examples, and fostering a spirit of service to the people among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees; strengthening internal affairs work, preventing and combating corruption and negative phenomena; focusing on reforming the leadership methods of Party committees; preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
