At the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 397 delegates were elected by consensus to be members of the 10th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, including Mr. Pham Quang Linh, representing the Vietnamese expatriate community in Angola.
Quang Linh shared that this is a great honor that he never thought possible. He expressed his determination to strive even harder, do good social work, support the community, and build a positive image of Vietnam abroad so as not to disappoint everyone's trust.

Pham Quang Linh (27 years old, a Vietnamese expatriate from Angola) is one of the delegates who returned to Vietnam to attend the Congress. He is famous on social media for his videos with millions of views about life in Africa.
In 2016, Quang Linh, originally from Nghe An province, came to Luanda, the capital of Angola, to work as a construction worker right after graduating from high school. Thanks to the help of those around him, he gradually overcame cultural differences, adapted to the new land, and settled into his job.
Quang Linh deeply empathized with the local people. He decided to record authentic moments of their daily lives and share them with others. These videos were enjoyed and shared by his friends, which served as a stepping stone for Linh to become a YouTuber in 2019.
Currently, Quang Linh Vlogs' YouTube channel – Life in Africa – has reached 4 million subscribers. Many of his videos have over a million views.
During his time working in Angola, Quang Linh experienced many changes in his perspective. While abroad, he was no longer just an individual; his actions influenced his country's image on the international map. The work of Quang Linh and his friends garnered significant attention, and people spoke not only of him personally but also of Vietnam as a whole.
This young man from the 90s generation wants to promote the image of Vietnam and spread it to the world ; build national unity from outside the country; and at the same time, use his actions to inspire young people in Vietnam.
