On March 8, in Dong Giang district, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province organized the International Tourism Conference - Quang Nam 2025 with the theme "Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route: Where nature and culture blend together".
The International Travel Conference - Quang Nam 2025 is a forum for exchanging and promoting tourism development in Quang Nam in general and the western mountainous region of the province in particular. The conference focused on discussing, identifying challenges and proposing strategic solutions to diversify tourism products, attracting domestic and international tourists to Quang Nam. At the conference, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province announced and introduced the tourist route connecting from East to West (Quang Nam): Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang; expanding tourism space, reducing pressure on heritage, connecting diverse cultures to attract visitors. Quang Nam province also announced the Decision and awarded the Green Tourism certificate to Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Area; announced the Decision approving the transport exploitation route on the Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route; awarded the record certificate "The longest dragon-shaped covered corridor across the mountain in Vietnam".
At the workshop, there was also a signing ceremony of memorandums of understanding on cooperation in developing tourism in Quang Nam and the announcement of the new tourism development corridor in Quang Nam province "Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route". These are important activities for Quang Nam province to increase the attraction of strategic investors to this route and promote products, attracting tourists to Quang Nam - Green Heritage Region.
