Quang Nam is about to organize a bidding to select investors for the revoked real estate project.

On September 6, according to the Office of Dien Ban Town People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the town Nguyen Xuan Ha, proposed approving the project list of Anvie Ha My Green Urban Area, Dien Duong Ward.

The Anvie Ha My Green Urban Area project was previously assigned to the investor to implement the project and approved the detailed planning 1/500.

The previous investor had also cleared more than 80% of the project area. However, due to some objective reasons, the investor returned the project to carry out procedures for selecting investors according to current regulations.

Dien Ban Town People's Committee has directed relevant units to complete the procedures for terminating the project. The project has been handed over to local management.

Considering that the project has implemented more than 80% of the site clearance work, to avoid land encroachment and illegal construction in the cleared area, and to avoid land waste, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town requests the Department of Construction to consider and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the Anvie Ha My Green Urban Area project list.

This project has an area of ​​9.2 hectares, population size of about 800 to 1,200 people.

The project has a construction cost of 120 billion VND, compensation and site clearance costs of about 23 billion VND.

According to Mr. Ha, this project will undergo investment policy approval procedures; organize bidding to select investors from 2024 to 2025. The investment implementation period is 4 years, from 2026 to 2029.

Before the Anvie Ha My green urban area in the new urban area of ​​Dien Nam, Dien Ngoc, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province decided to terminate two projects: Nam Huong mixed urban area (invested by Huong Doanh Investment - Trade - Tourism - Service Company Limited) and Thai Duong 3 mixed urban area (invested by Thai Duong Investment - Construction and Service Company Limited).

This decision was made because investors have voluntarily stopped the projects, similar to the case of the Anvie Ha My green urban area.
